1938
Kurabe electric factory (600 ‡u on the site and 250 ‡u at the factory) established in 2-660 Kojiya-cho Kamata-ku Tokyo. Manufacturing and sales of an electric insulating material (chiefly varnish tube) began.

Shinkou electric factory in 1231 Shinowara Shinowara-mura Hamana-gun Shizuoka annexed and named Hamamatsu factory.

1946
The headquarters moved to the Hamamatsu factory.

1946
The trade name changed to KURABE INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD
1951 Shinohara Factory received the specification of the JIS display permission factory from Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
1960 KURABE started the special electric wire manufacturing. Sales of heat resistant electric wire began on the brand name of WEISER wire and SIEGER wire.
1962 Manufacturing of code-type heating elements began. These elements was adopted for the frost removing device of the refrigerator in our country at first.
1965 Kurabe started manufacturing the synthetic rubber electric wire. Sales of flame retardant EPDM electric wire began on the brand name of "CROWN wire".

Absorption amalgamates the Kinki electric wire company. The capital increased to 40,000,000 yen.

1970
The trade name changed to KURABE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.
1970 KURABE started manufacturing and sales of the fluorocarbon resin electric wire with the brand name of "FLUBON wire" began.

The capital increased to 104,250,000 yen.

The first stage construction of Hamakita Factory completed and operation begans.

1973
The Yuto factory construction completed. The operation begans as a second processing factory.

Hamakita Factory received the specification of the JIS display permission factory from Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

The second stage construction of Hamakita Factory completed.

The capital increased to 200,000,000 yen.
1981 KURABE started manufacturing and sales of the crosslinked polyethylene electric wire with the brand name of "EAGLE wire".

The first stage construction of head office building completed. Head office moved to the building from Shinohara Factory.
